Is situation par Central Government ne turant action liya. Sarkar ne consumers ke liye 

1915 toll-free number aur WhatsApp helpline jari ki hai jahan log apni shikayat bhej sakte hain agar 

koi shopkeeper ya seller price cut ka faayda nahi de raha hai.

Saath hi, Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) ne bhi ek special notice jaari kiya hai aur Integrated Grievance Redressal Mechanism (IGRM) portal par online complaint register karne ka option diya gaya hai.

Finance Ministry ke according, GST Department ko 9 September ko hidayat di gayi thi ki 54 essential aur consumer items ki updated price report 30 September tak submit karein. In items me makkhan, shampoo, toothpaste, ice-cream, AC, TV, glucometer, cement aur kai daily-use cheezein shamil hain.

Sarkar ne e-commerce companies par bhi nazar rakhi hai taaki yeh confirm kiya ja sake ki woh consumers ko revised GST prices ka faayda de rahi hain ya nahi.

Is step ka main aim hai — Jo faayda sarkar ne diya hai, woh seedha janta tak pahunch gya.

GST reforms ka asli asar tabhi dikhega jab businesses aur retailers sarkar ke rate cut ko consumers tak pahunchayenge. Government ka yeh step transparency aur accountability badhane ki ek positive koshish hai.
