Supreme Court ke faisle se Telangana ke hazaron teachers ki naukri khatre mein. 2 saal ke andar TET pass karna ab mandatory ho gaya hai.

Telangana ke hazaron sarkari teachers ki jobs khatre mein hain. Supreme Court ke faisle ke baad ab sabhi teachers ko 2 saal ke andar TET pass karna mandatory ho gaya hai, warna unhe apni naukri se haath dhona padega.
Telangana ke hazaron sarkari teachers ki naukriyon par ab khatra mandra raha hai. Supreme Court ke ek recent faisle ne clear kar diya hai ki agar teachers ne 2 saal ke andar Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) pass nahi kiya, to unhe apni job chhodni padegi.
Supreme Court ka Faisla
31 August ko Supreme Court ne order pass karte hue kaha ki:

Sabhi teachers ko 2 saal ke andar TET pass karna mandatory hai.

Jo teachers 5 saal se zyada service complete kar chuke hain, unhe rule se chhoot milegi. Lekin, agar unhe promotion chahiye to TET qualify karna hi hoga.

Telangana mein filhaal lagbhag 1.7 lakh teachers kaam kar rahe hain, jisme se kareeb 40,000 teachers par TET ki talwar latak rahi hai.

Kareeb 20,000 teachers aise hain jo 5 saal se kam time mein retire hone wale hain – unhe TET dena zaroori nahi hoga.
NCTE ke Rules
Teachers ki recruitment aur promotion ke liye NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) ne TET/CTET ko mandatory qualification banaya hai. Matlab, jo teacher apni service continue karna chahte hain ya aage promote hona chahte hain, unhe TET clear karna hi hoga.
TET ka Challenge
TET exam ko ek tough test maana jata hai:

Syllabus kaafi wide hai aur paper pattern bhi challenging hota hai.

Pass percentage historically kaafi low raha hai.

SC, ST aur BC candidates ko qualify karne ke liye minimum 50% (75 marks) chahiye.

OC candidates ke liye ye cutoff 90 marks hai.

Supreme Court ke is faisle ke baad Telangana ke hazaron teachers ki neend udd gayi hai. Ab unke paas sirf 2 saal ka time hai jisme unhe TET qualify karke apni job secure karni hogi. Jo teachers ab tak TET se bach rahe the, unke liye yeh ek wake-up call hai.
